As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Profound, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will work closely with the CEO to establish, nurture, drive and organize the sales and after-sales motion at Profound.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Outreach: Be comfortable generating leads by identifying strong customer prospects across sources (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter)
- Make use of email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with CEO and broader team on helping identify and close leads
- Pipeline Management: Proactively generate and close new business opportunities, leveraging your creativity and deep understanding of our product
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system - build and manage pipeline
- Product Feedback / Development: Actively manage customer accounts post sale and relay product learnings to the product team
Requirements

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset- ability to figure things out independently
- In person office in Manhattan - we require 5 days a week, in person
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical concepts - deal with ambiguity
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation tools is a plus (eg SFDC, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay)
